EXPORT POLICY AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS INFORMATION
Bates & Dittus, LLC is registered with the United States Government as a manufacturer and supplier (CAGE 5V4K4) of certain defense related products. These products are identified on the US Government Munitions List (22 C.F.R. Part 121) and as such, export of these products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).
The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following regarding certain applicable export regulations.
The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Bates & Dittus, LLC will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.
If you wish to purchase an item for ultimate shipment or use outside of the United States, please be aware that the responsibility for determining applicable laws, obtaining an export license and other bureaucratic folderol is entirely your responsibility. 37mm launchers are restricted under the provisions of ITAR.

FEDERAL AND LOCAL LAWS CONCERNING B&D PRODUCTS
To the best of our knowledge and belief, there are no Federal or Local laws that prevent one from owning any products that appear in this web site. There are rules issued by the BATF that make it clear that possession of certain ammunition can cause a 37mm launcher to become a destructive device under the NFA of 1934.
Without the appropriate registration of the launcher under these circumstances, the user might be in violation of the law. It is your responsibility to know the law and adhere to it. The following links may prove useful.
